Welcome to MINDF**K: A Story in Pictures.

This project is an artist's aim to achieve a more solid understanding of their emotions and so reveals itself to be a basis for self-evaluation in:

- identifying areas of major stress/fear,

- Finding  coping mechanisms,

- Functioning as a living journal

- Documenting the lead-up and follow through with recognition of the problems the artist faces, without delving into an area that is personal on a disturbing level (in content, detail, etc)

THIS IS BEST EXPERIENCED BY:

1- Following the timetable to the left ON A COMPUTER! While MINDF**K can be enjoyed in any order, it is best to follow the linear sequence of events laid out by the artist to get a good idea of the progression set before you. Additionally, the mobile version of this website is a nightmare to navigate and enjoy.

2- Wearing headphones! Every piece within has a song attached to it that enhances the emotion meant to be conveyed within the piece, and the pieces lack when without the audio. The higher quality the headphones, the better, but be sure the music is playing in another tab prior to full digestion of the piece.

3- Choose a song when presented with a choice and see it through those differing lenses.

4- Understanding this is almost like a diary, and should be treated as such: with careful examination over the thoughts presented.

5- Going through the gallery in one sitting. Breaking away ruins the immersion and detracts from the amount of emotion able to be put in front at once. (SHOULD ONE COME ACROSS TRIGGERING MATERIALS, small breaks are reccomended.)

TO START: Hover your mouse over a chapter, and select a page. Each chapter has its own description over the events to unfold within the pages.

Enjoy!!
